Richard Holgate Photography will endeavour to deliver an outstanding service from start to finish. We do however need to present to you our Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions ultimately form the contract between me, the photographer and you, the clients. In making a commitment to book Richard Holgate Photography to capture your special day, and/or by making payment of either a deposit or payment in full, you are entering into the contract as defined within the Terms & Conditions.

To ensure we have all of the relevant information it is necessary for you, the client, to complete the Booking Forms. These will be used to ensure that we are clear on who's who, venues, timings and any special requirements. You are encouraged to take your time when completing these forms and provide as much information as possible.
